Averie is an expert in developing relationships with universities and supporting them through transformative growth. She’s passionate about creating win-win-win scenarios within higher education and has helped numerous universities improve
their operations.

Before joining Varroom, she was part of the exceptional team at Colloquy and led development for a number of universities that looked to her to launch online programs to reach new audiences. During her tenure at Colloquy, Averie also represented Colloquy at trade shows and conferences conducting focus groups and educating the industry on online education best practices.

Averie is professional, energetic, motivated and committed to excellence. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Kaplan University. Averie is proud to be Jamaican, is one of eight children and is a mother of two.
